Item to deliver in Pakistan

Hello,

My brother who is in Pakistan wants to order few thing from India. I am in Australia and I have my Paypal account. So i am doing the payment but I want the item to deliver in Pakistan. 

Is it possible to deliver in Pakistan? and how can i change my delivery address?

Paypal is country specific so you can't add an international address to a country specific paypal account.
Also Paypal is not available in Pakistan.
