Is my payment sent?

I recently bought something on ebay.

I then today got an email saying my payment was refused due to insuficient funds in my account. (i accidently didnt have quite enough in the bank at the time)

I then got a second email just after saying :

Your bank declined the funds transfer on 2 May 2012.

We have charged your card, which you chose as your backup funding source, to complete your payment to <name>

I then checked my paypal account and it says the status is completed. Does this mean the payment has now gone through as there is money or do i need to resend it some how?

Hi I have had the same problem today and I have money in my bank account but says complete but they still sent me this email. How do I delete my PayPal account I had to much problems with it??
