Invoice missing

I would like to pay for an order and had the seller invoice me via email.
I have received the invoice and clicked on the pay now button. Paypal is not showing any invoices that need paying though.
Tried loggin in on pc wondering weather it was because I was on my mobile but its still not there.
Any ideas what could be the problem

Welcome to the community forum.
There is reason in terms of functionality why this would happen. I'd recommend giving customer service a call and they will be able to give you some advice on how to proceed.
