I was previously using Paypal UK when I was studying in the UK. I am back in my home country (Malaysia). I need to contact Paypal regarding a dispute but each time I dialled the international number, it goes to some kind of voicemail and the line terminates itself. I have made multiple calls and the same thing happens. Is there any other way of contacting them as I have rack up quite a hefty telephone bill?
