I can't pay for anything using PayPal and my available balance is £0.00

Whenever I try to purchase something it says an error has occured please return to the merchant and my paypal balance is 0.00 any help?

When you click on "view" does it say the money is pending at all?

Looks like your funds are in dollars  and you need to convert it to pounds before you can spend it.

Did a buyer recently pay you in dollars??

Well if you go to the right of where it says paypal balance you will see on the same line "currency converter", you can click on that and scroll down that page and on the right you can convert currencies.

Fees apply though.
