I had bought and received an item that was unfortunately damaged which the seller graciously gave a partial reimbursement for it since I could repair the damage.
Instead of accepting the reimbursement which would have normally been trasferred to my Paypal account, I want to use it to buy a similar item of the seller's.
How do I go about this?
The seller needs information on how and to whom to generate an invoice.
The seller cannot list the same item on eBay as the pricing won't be the same as it will be a one off.
Thank you.
