How do you change backup funding source

I have noticed that on all of my transactions the backup funding source is set to my second CC, wether its a bank transfer or a debit card payment, i want to change this to my main CC but i cannot find anywhere on the new site (or the old for that matter) to do so and i dont want payments being sent to my second card should the bank payments fail for some reason.

Go to wallet top of your paypal summary page > credit cards and either remove the one you don't want or make the other primary.
