Good Morning. I am new to Paypal and just getting to grips with the rules.
I am looking to purchase some gift vouchers from Gumtree. I am worried what protection I have. Looking on the buyer protection it says prepaid cards are not covered I think.
Does this mean gift vouchers as well.
Im concerned as I will be paying over £400 and worried the vouchers will either not srrive or not be valid.
