Fees on moving money from Paypal account to bank account

Hello all, 

I have 2 situations I wasn´t able to understand correctly:

1st - Whats the fees on sending money from a US PayPal account to a UK PayPal account? (not selling anything)

2nd - Whats the fees on moving money from a UK PayPal account to my own UK bank account?

The fees relating to sending money from a US PayPal account to a UK PayPal account will depend on the currency conversion at the time of the transfer.

It is free to withdraw funds from a UK PayPal account to a UK bank account.
