Hello, iam new of Paypal user and i just bought something on ebay and ready to checkout by Paypal but it said 'Please go to www.paypal.com to confirm your credit card before you complete this purchase.'
But the point is i have already confirmed my credit card but it keeps showing like this when i checkout.
Have you verified your PayPal Account? Meaning, did you link and confirm a bank account too? If no, you may need to verify your account first although you have linked a credit card.
If your account is verified, then you can try deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files and history. Then close your web browser, reopen and retry. If that does not resolve your issue, the next step would be to contact customer support for assistance.
