Ive had a negative balance on paypal of 1.99 so i added funds from my debit card which took a few days. They money has been taken out of my bank account so i assumed it had taken me out of negative funds on paypal so i went to pay for something on ebay and it says... Payment service is trying to collect a higher payment total than the cart totL, which is not supported (159) I don't understand why its trying to take more money as paypal have alredy recieved my money from having a negative balance. Yet it still says in im minus on paypal even though its been taken out my bank! It sounds complicated but it's not really! They've got the money they need to get me out of minus. Its been taken out my bank yet my paypal account is still in minuses! So now i cant pay for things on ebay! :@
