I have made a mistake trying to buy something on ebay. I dont know if thet have toke to payments for 1 item , i tryied to use my boyfriend credit card but didnt compleat the transaction , its now saying im commited??? I spoke to my boyfriend and he then went on to his ebay and bought the item we tryied to buy in the first place , now i dont know whether we have two deliverys or they are pending the money?..... please help x
In order to check this for you we would need to see your PayPal account from which you attempted the payment. I would recommend getting in touch with customer service. They will be able to tell if there is a payment pending.
If not you will need to contact the seller on eBay who you agreed to buy the item from and ask if they are willing to cancel this purchase.
