I'm trying to buy an item from Lancashire, I;m in Newcastle. The seller is in the Forces and stationed abroard. He has a caravan for sale.
He wants to set up a holding case account and I put my money in. Paypal hold it for 5 days and I go to inspect and get the goods. Once I get them I instruct paypal to release the money into his account.
He says it's Case Hold Transaction and by depositing the money , he knows that I am genuinely interested.
Has anyone used this facility or know anything about it.
