Cannot buy a game from a game site....it's saying i have to add another credit card to my paypal...

HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I'm trying to purchase an online game.....I have more than enough money on my paypal account.....however it comes to a screen saying i have to add a new debit or credit card to my paypal...

WTF?????  HELP????
