I have the funds to purchase something on this website but whenever I try buy it, it says "We're sorry, but we can't take your payment right now".. I can't send money to people either unless I use the app on my phone..
Any idea what the problem is?
Is your PayPal Account "verified"?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
