I have item for sale on eBay. Person messaged me, offering VERY good price, asking for 1st class Royal Mail recorded delivery, wanting my PayPal email so they can pay me, and providing me their mobile number. BUT! This person has NO eBay feedback, NO selling or buying activity, and has only been on eBay since FEB 2015! ALL ADVICE WOULD BE WELCOMED. THANKS PAYPAL COMMUNITY

Read up on seller protection and then risk assess your transaction.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
