Hi i sold a iphone 7 plus not through paypal but suggested we use paypal so i can recieved payment. I ship the item out and uploaded the tracking number it says its been deliever and sign for. But buyer says that item not recieved. So paypal is holding my money. Its not fair or right that this is happening. Is paypal going to replace what i lost?
