I had problem when i tried to bought goods from ebay and the other website, the problem is when i order something it goes directly to my credit card (payonner) instead of the paypal balance ( i want to pay with the paypal balance ) , so how i can put the paypal balance as a primary method of payment.
Without having the actual screen in front of me when the confirm payment box comes up there should be small blue writing saying 'change method of payment' or something similar. Click on that and it should give you the option of paying with a registered card or the paypal balance. Hope this helps.
