Wel i have been using Paypal for sometime now and i have linked my bank account to it but recently paypal has changed the layout of the cheking out page when you do your payment and that requirs CC info for certain sites wich didnt happen before
like i said i dont use a CC and i did all my payments with paypal via my bank acount
now i can not buy stuff anymore through paypal because of this
Paypal normally like you to have a back up funding source linked to your paypal account as well as a bank account.
Have you a debit card you can link instead?
i all ready have a bank account linked to it and no i dont have any kind of debit card i alsways payed directly through my bank account with Paypal it works on other sites
but on 1 site it also asked creditcard info wich never happend before when buying something from that site
