Hi Im very confused how adding your bank account works on payapal
firstly Is adding a bank account different from adding funds? How is it different? If I get a refund from an Item I bought using money from the bank does the refunded money go directly back into my bank account? Will I be charged any fees? Is there any fees involved with using your bank to buy items?
