The HELP team members could not solve the issue but did provide me with an alternate private email address for the buyer that I had no access to, I have emailed him on this address, but as yet no further communication from the buyer. This is a poor Paypal procedure IMHO but I have done what I can. THank you for your comments.

Hi JW149,
Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
If your emails to your buyer are not delivered, please check for these common mistakes in the email address you're sending to:
- Quotation marks
- Dots at the end of the address
- Spaces before or after an address
- Spelling errors
For further help with this dispute, please reach out to the specialist team via email, phone or through Twitter @AskPayPal or via Private Message on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK. They'll be happy to run through this with you in detail and get to the bottom of the issue.
