Received email offering me £5 to spend. Registered for it then told NOT ELIGIBLE. whats going on? Been using PP for years.

I'm sorry to hear what has happened here. If you have been advised that you are not eligible when trying to redeem this reward, it sounds to me that all of the rewards have been redeemed. 

When these offers are available, there is a limited number of offers that can be redeemed.

So why did you not tell me that in email? Then when I tried to use it why didnt I get a message saying that? I think its a con to get people to buy.
