$30 Short can I still pay?

I want to buy something on Ebay but I'am $30 short. I have $285 in my Paypal account and zero in my bank account, will I be able to borrow the $30 and have Paypal put a negative balance of $30 on my account?

They may put your account in neg and credit the seller for you but i would not risk it.

If they try and claim funds from your bank account x2 and it fails then they should try and charge your back up card.

If all that fails then you would be in neg and have to clear it.

BUT they may instead just cancel the credited payment to the seller when the funds don't clear from your bank.
