I've already issued an invoice and the customer has already paid it. Now I want to change the amount due on one of the items and reissue the invoice, showing the amount that's already been paid and how much more is now due. Is that possible? How?
If the invoice is already paid in full, I don't know of a way to do that. You'll just need to create a new invoice with details about how it's related to the previous invoice.
