I have some orders I need to ship that are older than a month. In the activity screen it only gives me an option to refund or archive. Does that mean I actually did ship them? Or??
it is your responsibility to keep track of your orders,not everyone uses Paypal shipping label.
There is no way paypal knows if you have shipped,nor does it care.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
