shipping label failure and refund

I tried to ship a ebay item with usps and paypal would not give me print label page, so I tried again and failed to print a again. How can I get $90 refund from paypal? I used the cancel option and still waiting. paypal has no one to call and get this worked out? can anybody help? thanks Perry

Hi @Perry6,

I'm sorry to hear that the labels that were generated failed to print. Labels must be voided within 24 hours for UPS and 48 hours for USPS in order for refunds to be possible. If you voided in that time, the refunds will be credited within approximately 21 days.
