return shipping on us

If I am the shipper and my customer uses return shipping on us, does Paypal deduct the cost of the return shipment from my payout? or who ultimately pays for that return shipping amount?

If a buyer wins a dispute and is told to return the item back to you then they have to do so trackable and at their own expense.

After they have done that they can ''claim'' back up to $30 towards their return shipping costs.

You would be unaware that they have done this.
