request money still pending

Hello. I was request money 7 working days ago to my 'friend', but status still is pending. And show that request is sent, but not accepted. Friend says that he confirmed my request.  I want know, its not to long for this? Maybe sender have problems, i think maybe he confirmed my request but he has no money, or problems mby is with my account? Thanks for answer!

Hello, dola1. Welcome to the PayPal Community! Not seeing a payment in your PayPal account is a definite concern! However, if your friend went through the steps to send you a payment/money, you would see a transaction in your PayPal account Activity.

It's possible your friend took steps to change the status of the Money Request you sent, but didn't actually send a payment/money. But, if someone wants to send you a payment/money, you don't have to send them a Money Request.

The easiest way for someone to send a payment/money is for them to log on to their PayPal account, click send money, enter the email address on your PayPal account, and follow the steps from there.
