Hello,
I seem not to be able to open the "Hosted Solution customisation -Manage and customise my buyers' checkout experience, and how I accept payments." via my PP Profile. It just keeps timing out. The link location is "https://manager.sandbox.paypal.com/paypalExp/editDesign.do".
The link which I cannot open has been highlighted in yellow on the picture.
I can open other link with no problem.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
