I have a new business account. But when I tried to send an invoice to a customer, they got the message "An error occurred. Please try again." I went ahead and sent myself a test invoice to see what would happen and I get the same message. How can I fix this?

I am also having similiar case. when i was want to send money to my family overseas It was showing like this and I click customer service button the another message pop up and stating that if your mobile number is not up to date it might impact your account. But I have update my mobile number but not resolve. it happened in the last todays and still no clue. Could anyone help.
