I paid for a shipping label and after I paid for it I realized I forgot to add additional insurance. I didn't even print the label. I immediately created another postage label and paid for it. Following that I tried to void the first postage label I paid for. When I click on Void Label I get the following error message: Invalid package identifier for void. I have NO CLUE what means. I have tried at least 10 times to void the label
Hi. This happened with me, too. Instead of trying to void the label from the shipping label center I went to Summary and clicked on view details of the transaction and on that page there is a link to void label. Hope that helps!
