When you click blue "print label" button after confirming the label, what does it do? Nothing? No new browser window or tab pops up with the pdf of the label to print?
Maybe you need to clear your browser cache, history and even update your browser and start your device. You can try using a different browser.
When you see multiple postage transactions in your activity, go into those transaction details and click "Void label" asap.
