I am trying to pay for an item to ship so I can create the label.  I keep getting an error code.  I am very new to this so I need help ASAP

As we don't know what error message you're receiving, you may want to contact customer service for assistance.   Before you do that, try deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files, history, cache, etc., then close the browser, reopen it and log back into your account and retry.  No guarantees that will resolve your issue but, there are times that old cookies and temp files can cause unexpected results.
