I'm so sorry to hear you're experiencing an error trying to purchase a label. I know the majority of error codes that occur during the purchase process happens because there is either no instant funding source like a credit or debit card active on the PayPal account or the card is being denied. If you have an active card that you're able to make other purchases on but are still experiencing this error, please contact our customer service directly for assistance.
