eBay took the tax from me ( the seller) not from the buyer Tax + PayPal fees

I sold wheels I’m in Wisconsin and buyer at Maryland for $350. Wheels cost $350 and they add $21 tax So total is $370 BUT the tool the tax from me not from the buyer then PayPal took $18 fees I end up with $331.5 !!!! ( $40 gone from my profit )
