I am new to receiving monies into my account but have noted that 2 transactions automatically deducted postage charges (Print Postage Label) and 2 did not. I posted all the packages independently at the Post Office, paying over the counter. Why is this?

Sounds strange for sure - unfortunately as this is a public community, it's not possible to look at user transactions or details. If you purchased the postage outside, there should be no account charges for postage, all you would need to do is add the tracking number to the transaction so there's a record of the shipping. You may want to phone customer service and ask them to explain the charges you're seeing.
