cancel fee transaction for mailing label on a Mac

Instructions:

Here's how to void a pending USPS or UPS shipping label:

1. On the Summary or Activity page, find the transaction for which you created the label.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Void Label.
3. Click Void Shipment.

When I do so the summary/activity lists my shipping label, however when I open that, the details are there but on place to scroll down to bottom of the page and no place to Void Label or click Void Shipment.
