Hi There, Im new to this forum.
I live in Canada, I have a Paypal business account.
I have a potential client in the U.S. that is trying to pay for a product off my website
but tells me they are getting booted out of paypal and taken back to a home page.
I have other canadian purchasers and no problems crop up, I have tried a test purchase and it is not a problem.
I am in U.S Funds on paypal
Could this be that I am a canadian business and they are in the U.S.?
Does anyone have suggestions ?
also, where do I go to ensure that I am in U.S. funds, even though, it say US Funds on the pending Invoice?
2. how can I add U.S. address info and formating in the checkout Page?
I.E.,:
State
Zipcode etc?
