years ago i signed up as a business. no longer true. i sell maybe once a year. buyer is in Asia buyer has me shipping box to her sister in NJ NY tax was $8.90 which was included in the invoice I cannot see anything to indicate the buyer paid the tax. the amount i received was less the $8.90 i’m assuming i have to collect and pay to be tax even if i don’t receive it. Yes? Will i pay the tax from PayPal? OR will ebay take the tax from buyers payment? Should i ask buyer for the tax or did she already pay it and i cannot see it?
