Hi I have the wrong date of service listed on my invoices. However the person has already paid and she needs them for work, with the correct date. Can I go back and change the dates, if so how?
Once an invoice has been paid, you really cannot make any edits or changes to it. You can consider creating a document showing the correct purchase details and share it with the buyer. Otherwise, you can receive the payment using a new invoice with correct information in it. You may also need to refund the payment received using the old invoice.
