Wrong Name on Mailing Label

I just printed a mailing label for a payment I received for an ebay sale. On that mailing label, the return address name is wrong, as in MY name, was replaced with a business name that I have never heard of before. The the return address is correct. I cannot find a setting to look at this, nor can I find a way to contact Paypal regarding this issue.

just change it back,I WOULD change the password as well

Change WHAT back? There is nothing in the account that has that other name. There is nothing to change!
