Problem started in June. When you use the shipping function and select Retail Select Ground the calculated postage is incorrect and is much higher than it should be. Contacted Paypal twice and have been told not there fault it is a third party program and they have no contact information to get in touch with the contractor. I know this program did not fall out of cyberspace and land in the middle of my account. If Pay pal has no information how do they know this third party vendor even knows there is a problem. I have been told been told I am not the first to report this buy PayPal does not seem interested and they will not give out ways to contact people who do not read from a script book.
