Why is PayPal putting my non-business name in some emails?

I'm using my personal account at the moment, but I also have a seller account that I use for PayPal buttons on my website. I'm the account holder, but I do have a business name attached to PayPal. However, for some reason, some of the emails that PayPal sends to my customers have my personal name instead of my business name as the seller.
It doesn't seem to happen every time and when I tried making a payment, all of the emails that I got only has the business name. But, for some strange reason, some customers see my personal name on payment receipts and order shipment status updates sent by PayPal. Just recently, a customer forwarded me an email they got from PayPal when I marked their order as shipped and it had me as the seller name.
Any idea why this is happening and, more importantly, anyone know how to stop this from happening?
