I got a notification saying that I have provide that, but I'm 100% sure I do not meet any of the requirements. Since I have provided SSN to verify my account before, it automatically submitted... So why does Paypal ask me provide my taxpayer information even though I didn't receive over $20,000 in gross payment volume AND over 200 separate payments in a calendar year?
