I do this every day and now it won't let me schedule invoices.

I'm sorry to hear that a feature that you've been able to use previously was not available when you used it last. Is it still not working? If it is not, please visit https://www.paypal-support.com and log in, then click Contct us to open a ticket to our technicians.
