What is GST IN?

I'm from India, selling artwork off of Redbubble. I'm a student without an income and thus do not pay tax. A few of my works recently got sold but I cannot receive payment because I still haven't filled the 15 digit GST IN/UIN. What number is this exactly? What to do if I do not have this number?
