Was charged 2x for shipping the same item, how do I rectify this?

Hello everyone:

PayPal charged me 2x for shipping the same eBay item. A little research shows 2 tracking numbers. In all honesty, I may have requested two labels. When the first didn't print out, I naively requested another without questioning why the first never produced. Can someone instruct me on what to do?
