Hi, I'm a seller for this question (hard goods in the 500-1000 value range typically, shipping within the U.S.). Can I check if a buyer has a Confirmed shipping address before they send me a payment through PayPal? I have searched online and found a way from several years ago that is outdated and seems to no longer work (it consisted of adding a string in the browser URL). Thanks for any insight.
