We have a working Paypal business account. We are trying to interface with a call center that uses an IVR (automated phone system) to take credit card information and pay us through our Paypal business account. For some reason we can not get the IVR system to process orders and transmit them to us via Paypal Business. We reset the password and the signature. Is there something else we need to do?
