Unpaid invoice

Hello , Can somebody help me win how to go through of the unpaid invoice I sent since Jan and present it on March but never been paid,buyer already receive the item ,can't contact her anymore?? Pls help

You can click "Remind" in the Action drop down menu for the invoice but since you already shipped the item out and the buyer has it, there is no incentive for them to pay you now. Now sure what happened but it's possible that the buyer sent you a fake payment confirmation to confuse you and you shipped the item out. 

Next time, ensure funds are in your PayPal account first before shipping goods.
